Mrs. Ayala |

Mrs. Ayala was born in Cuba and came to the United States at the age of twelve. She graduated from Hialeah High School and attended Miami Dade College. She worked for the Medley Police Department for 18 years as a communications officer, and has been at CRMA since 2008. She is the mother of four daughters, two adults daughters and two current CRMA students. She is very excited to be a teacher’s assistant this year. |

Ian Willoughby has a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Math, Physics, and Social Science; and is currently completing his Masters in Educational Psychology. He recently received his temporary certification for Middle School; and is currently in training for his AMS Montessori Credential for Secondary. He's very passionate about helping children realize and utilize their full potential. As a learner himself, he's not only interested in the child's development, but also in his own development as a teacher. This is something he knows will get better and better over time. He's very excited and looking forward to being part of the Middle School Team at CRMA. |
AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Nikki Sanz is a Miami native with Hispanic roots. She is engaged to be married in December 2009. Currently, she is a second year student at Miami Dade College with plans to transfer to FIU to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. Her inspiration to become a teacher is her grandmother, Minerva. After working at CRMA she has become very interested in the Montessori philosophy. The focus on self-esteem building, nurturing and respect towards one another is very much in tune with her own teaching ideals. |

Ms. Ethaine Greer -after care |

Ms. Ethaine Greer was born on the island of Antigua in the West Indies and came to the US when she was eight years old. Her first job was in education, teaching kindergarten at a church school academy when she was 18 years old. She has also worked at Miami Children’s Hospital and at a group home, as well as a teacher’s assistant and in CRMA’s aftercare program. She is also a very good cook and loves children. |
Kamicha Stuckey - after care |

Kamicha Stuckey was born in Florida. She is a 2008 graduate of Homestead Senior High’s Academy of Hospitality and Travel and Tourism Magnet. Currently she is attending Miami Dade College, majoring in Hospitality and Travel and Tourism Management. In addition to CRMA, she has worked at Centro Campesino and Burger King. This is her second year in the CRMA Aftercare program. |
